At Ruky Perfumes, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances and excellent customer service. While we do not offer refunds in most cases, we do have a 4-day replacement policy for damaged or defective items. Please read our policy carefully to understand how replacements and refunds work for product orders.
Replacement Policy
- We offer a 4-day replacement policy from the date of delivery for damaged or defective products.
- Replacement requests will not be processed for reasons other than product damage or defects reported within the 4-day window.
- Refunds are not offered under this policy. Only replacements will be provided for eligible cases.
Eligibility for Replacement
- To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging at the time of delivery.
- The unboxing video should include:
- The product and its condition.
- The original packaging.
- The shipping label on the package.
- The damage (if any) that occurred during shipping.
- Videos that are incomplete, blurry, or edited will not be accepted for replacement requests.
How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within 4 days of receiving the product.
- Email us at info@rukyperfumes.com or WhatsApp us at +971 55 546 9697 with your order number and the unboxing video.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
Return Shipping
- We cover shipping costs for sending a replacement if the product is found to be damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for securely packing the product for return shipping if necessary.
- If the returned item is not in the same condition as shown in the video, we may not process the replacement.
Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable Items
Some items are not eligible for refunds or replacements, including:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Customized or personalized products.
Price Changes
Prices at the time of purchase are final and will not be adjusted for promotions or discounts that occur before or after your order.
Warranty
- All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or regular wear and tear.
