Replacements are offered for damaged or defective products reported within 4 days of delivery.
Replacements require an unboxing video as proof of damage or defect.

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
