Products are subject to availability. Current prices are shown on product and checkout pages and may change without notice. If a pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment.

3. Orders and Prepaid Payment

All orders are prepaid and subject to acceptance.

• Available secure checkout methods may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tamara, and Tabby, depending on the selected GCC destination and gateway availability.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway; Ruky Perfumes does not store complete card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the UAE and supported GCC destinations: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.

• Free shipping is available on orders above AED 200.
• Any applicable shipping charge and estimated delivery timing are shown before payment.
• Delivery timing may be affected by courier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• You may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original prepaid payment method after inspection, normally within 7-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

Website text, images, logos, and designs belong to Ruky Perfumes or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ruky Perfumes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
