Ruky Perfumes currently delivers prepaid orders within the UAE and supported GCC destinations: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.

• Free shipping is available on orders above AED 200.
• Any shipping charge for orders at or below AED 200 is shown before payment at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and may vary by GCC destination and courier availability.
• Tracking information is provided when the order is dispatched.

Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• You may request a return and refund within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all included items.
• Final-sale, personalized, opened, or used products are not eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After review, we will arrange an eligible replacement or refund and cover the return cost where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original prepaid payment method after inspection. Processing normally takes 7-10 business days, with additional posting time depending on the payment provider.
